Electronic Banking for Sybiz Vision provides a range of facilities to assist businesses in passing banking transactions from the Vision accounting package to their bank, without the need to “re-key” data.

Electronic Banking Utility supports both electronic payments and direct debiting.

The Electronic Banking Utility provides facilities for the processing of Sybiz Vision payments to banks in two forms:

• Payments already processed in Vision can be converted to the appropriate electronic format required by the banks.
• Outstanding supplier invoices in Vision can be processed in a similar (but more flexible) fashion to the Vision automatic payments facility. The user can select the outstanding invoices and amounts to be paid. The Electronic Banking utility will then process the payments into Vision and provide the appropriate electronic import files for the banking package being used.
