Concept Engineering Limited was formed in 1991 with the intention of providing quality software information systems. The business was founded by two Army
officers who were both involved in the development of PC based computer applications for their respective areas in the New Zealand Army.
As information system consultants, Concept Engineering Limited provides services ranging from consultancy and advice through to the customised design,
construction and implementation of software systems. The company has been involved in the development and implementation of a variety of systems ranging
from educational sector management through to accounting and to community health management.

services which can be adjusted to meet individual client requirements.
Concept Engineering Limited can provide system packages developed for PC based systems and can develop for both DOS and the Windows software platforms
including client server applications and JADE (an object oriented development environment). Concept Engineering Limited has access to a range of expertise
from many different specialist areas.
